Night of the Curling Dead

October 3, 2025

The Night of the Curling Dead is almost here and it promises to be a weekend of spooky competition and community spirit. The Peachtree Curling Association is hosting the frightfully fun Halloween-themed bonspiel with curling all day Oct. 24 and Oct. 25.

Costumes are encouraged but not required. Prizes will be awarded for best individual costume and best team costume.

Attendees can also take part in a raffle featuring a Halloween-themed basket packed with seasonal treats, local goodies and curling surprises. Raffle tickets will be available on-site during the event, with proceeds supporting the Peachtree Curling Association.

As part of the event, the club is reaching out to the community for donations. Contributions will go toward event prizes, raffle baskets, refreshments and tents.

The association is also seeking volunteers to help prep the ice, take photos and greet visitors at the door throughout the weekend. Volunteering is a great way to support the curling community, meet new people and enjoy the Halloween excitement from rinkside.

Night of the Curling Dead is open to both new and experienced curlers, with registration closing on Oct. 20. Teams can sign up online at www.peachtreecurlingassociation.org.
